Use decent photos. Full bike, good lighting, not leaning on a bin.
Reply promptly and politely. Even if it’s a daft question.
Be upfront about any faults. Surprises ruin deals (and reputations).
Sort collection/delivery sensibly. Don’t make the buyer do cartwheels to pick it up.

Don’t ghost. If you’re not interested, say so. Easy.
Arrange viewings you can actually make. Don’t book and bail.
Ask sensible questions. “What size is it?” = good. “Can I swap it for a dog?” = no.
Pay fair, and don’t haggle like it’s a car boot sale. Respect the price unless it’s obviously daft.
